I am so excited...

Tomorrow is the first challenge for Do You Stack Up challenge blog.
I am so excited. Please come join us.

I decorated this little box lid but how should I finish it off? flowers? bows? emphera? all of those? I cant decide and it just sits there waiting for completion.
Dont let it become a UFO (unfinished object).....

On another note, I read this morning about Abraham and his wife becoming pregnant at an old age so what does that mean.....I think faithfulness and trust in God--always.
Have a great day.

  1. Funny you should mention faithfulness. I had an eye opening, never let your faith wavior happening yesterday that brought me to tears. Our God is an awesome God.

Every time I try to thank Him I get crying, for once I don't know what to say to Him except thank you. And that just doesn't seem to be enough for this human..............if only we didn't let our sinful nature get in the way....

    Blessings.

  4. For the box lid...I vote for ribbons and flowers...not just any kind of ribbon ...SATIN ribbon and flowers :) :) :) The rest is up to you :) :) You'll do a great job. You always make pretty things :) :)

Oh, Abraham and Sarah... Yes, God means what He says and keeps His promises :) :) In th is case, He said they'd have a child and they did :) :) Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

  5. I think some glitter would be nice to highlight some parts of the stamped image...literally gilding the lilly is where I would begin. :) A little ultrafine pink glitter would be perfect.

I wouldn't want to overdo...the image is so pretty, especially the burned looking "Wishes". Maybe just a small cluster of flowers following the bottom curve of the lid to highlight the shape of the box. Green and pinkish purple to match the fairy and her flowers.

Show us what you did when it's completed! :)
