Art Journal Page

I have been playing around with Art Journaling.  Honestly, I dont really know what I am doing but I have had a lot of fun doing it.  Some stamping, painting, decoupage and free hand heart flowers in the background. I looked on several blogs to see how everyone is Art Journaling but if anyone knows a free online class, please let me know.
