The First Challenge at the Craft-Room Challenge Blog...Come Join Us!!

Today is an exciting day!!!!
  The first challenge at the Craft-Room Challenge Blog.  The theme is Anything Goes (One of my favorites!!)   I decided to make a ATC Card.  The ATC Card I made is using a papertowel spritzed with lots of ink and then glued to paper.  I made a handmade flower and added a vintage image and little bit of sparkle with the butterfly. I really like the effect of the papertowel.

    This reminds me of Stephen Sondheims musical Sunday in the Park with George, which is staged in these watercolour styles. Beautiful. Annette x

    The paper towel technique is such a fun way of creating a beautiful, dimensional background and you, Kim, have mastered it on this piece of artwork.     That ATC is awesome!! I love the paper towel effect. I do that with tissue paper a lot.

    Brilliant effect with the paper towel,Love your choice of colour and images too. The flower embellishment finished the atc off very nicely.

    Absolutely love the card! I love how it gives the feeling of cool rainy weather with the umbrella, we need rain here and its so hot in the 90s. Hope you are having a good week :o)
