Here is a quick and fun tutorial.
The result is a chalkboard like or those fuzzy black posters that you color with markers.
Using Embossing Ink, I took MFP stamp set Dino News Stamp Set .
Stamped the image onto black cards stock.
Using Prismacolor pencils and a blending medium, dip your pencil into the medium and color your image. It provides a smooth, smooth blending pencil and wow image. Is it chalk or is it marker?Here is the pencils and blending medium. I just put a little bit in the lid and used it. I probably should have used something else but it worked. Like my can of pencils. I try all different things to hold my pencils and keep coming back to an old can!
