I hope you are enjoying January!  We just had a couple of inches of snow which made perfect weather for crafting!


I made this tiny mini album for fun with Just for Fun Rubber Stamps:

Christmas Time...

Christmas is everywhere!  Christmas items already stocked in the stores.

  Be sure to hurry and get your rubber stamps to make your Christmas cards.

I bring you another Christmas card today as Just for Fun Stamps celebrates Christmas in July.

I layered many pieces including burlap then took the stamped image colored the background and stamped another image and took the bird and popped him off the card.

Today I have for you a one layer card.  I made a watercolor blush background and then stamped the Gathering Pollen Rubber Stamp, used colored pencils and stickles. I also stitched around the edge.
Simple....Yet one of my favorites.

Hello!!! 

 I have for you today a St Patricks Day Card.  Not your typical St. Patricks Day card, however I did create a little four leaf clover 
beside the flowers using embroidery floss. 
 I stamped Dream Girl Dream Girl  Just for Fun Rubber Stamps
 on Tissue paper, colored with colored pencils,used, 
stickles, gems,ribbon, twine, washi tape and computer generated sentiment.

Snowman card for Christmas...

Hello All!

How is the Christmas shopping coming along?  I am almost finished.  Its been a hard time for me making a decision on gifts this year.  I have also been doing some holiday baking.  I hope you all are almost finished with your Christmas shopping.   I am enjoying making Christmas cards for the card challenges.  

Here is a little mini card using a image from Fresh Brewed Designs digi Snow What Fun!

I used prismacolor pencils, snowflake die cuts, stickles and dp.

Chalkboard Tutorial/Black Velvet Poster Art

Here is a quick and fun tutorial.  

The result is a chalkboard like or those fuzzy black posters that you color with markers.

Using Embossing Ink, I took MFP stamp set Dino News Stamp Set . 

 Stamped the image onto black cards stock. 

 Using Prismacolor pencils and a blending medium, dip your pencil into the medium and color your image. It provides a smooth, smooth blending pencil and wow image. Is it chalk or is it marker?

 Here is the pencils and blending medium.  I just put a little bit in the lid and used it.  I probably should have used something else but it worked.   Like my can of pencils. I try all different things to hold my pencils and keep coming back to an old can!

Hello Everyone,
I love snowmen.  It might be Frosty the Snowmans fault, he was such a sweet snowman. Oh, how I loved that show.  Here in GA, we rarely get snow and certainly not enough for a large snowman.
   I spotted this freebie at A Day for Daises.

I have been wanting to make an easel card for a long time.  I finally did, I used part of a scrapbook kit that had matching papers, a cute little bird digi that I colored with prismacolor pencils, ribbon and a sentiment-

I just had to purchase this incredible digi from The Octopode Factory.  I made this card with the Alice in Wonderland Theme for the first challenge over at The Octopode Factory.    I colored with prismacolor pencils, vintage alice image, on a painted and inked background.  I added a hint of pink to that blonde hair for a little whimsy.   Hope it makes you smile.  Have a fantastic day!
