Have a wonderful week...

Happy Birthday card or Joyeux Anniversaire (in french)

I have stitched the burlap on this card, then used two of Dezinaworld Images from the Viva La France Set.  I used burlap for the matting and stitching all over the card instead of glue.  I am linking this to The Stamp Man challenge: Stitching and Stampalot Challenge:  Whatever you Fancy.

Happy Birthday to You

This is for the challenge over at Michelle Perkett Studio Challenge Blog:  This weeks challenge inspired by a song.  Every time I looked at the free image from M. Perkett  I had to choose the song:   Happy Birthday to You.
A little history about the song from Wikipedia:  The melody of "Happy Birthday to You" comes from the song "Good Morning to All", which was written and composed by American siblings Patty Hill and Mildred J. Hill in 1893.[3] Patty was a kindergarten principal in Louisville, Kentucky, developing various teaching methods at what is now the Little Loomhouse;[4] Mildred was a pianist and composer.[2], p. 7 The sisters created "Good Morning to All" as a song that would be easy to be sung by young children.[2], p. 14

I made this card with a 3-D'ish look, prismacolor pencils, stickles, german glass glitter for the cake, some ribbon and stash paper.   Linking this to Michelle Perkett Studio Challenge Inspired by a Song
Hope you have a nice day!

Valentines Hearts

A little Valentine for you.....
This one has been very hard to photograph, here it is at another angle.

My friend gave me the stamp, and I love it!!!
My oldest son would love it because it would be the perfect money holder card.
